Experiencing issues logging into OneDrive after changing the password. A prompt requests a verification code sent to my email, but I have not received it (including checking the SPAM folder). How can access my account? Holding a paid subscription, yet unable to sign in for several days without support assistance, leading to significant frustration.

    Hi @Tomasz Duda

A prompt requests a verification code sent to my email, but I have not received it (including checking the SPAM folder).

Could you please take a screenshot of the prompt?

If there is an email address displayed on the prompt, please make sure the email address is correct.

Also, are there options for other verification methods on the prompt, such as mobile phone SMS verification, etc.

Which type of OneDrive are you using, OneDrive for Business or personal OneDrive?

Please open a browser, sign into: https://portal.office.com check if you can access OneDrive online.

If you can access OneDrive online, I suggest you try to right-click the OneDrive icon > Settings > Account > Unlink this PC > Unlink this account. Then close OneDrive, quit it.

Go to Control Panel>User Accounts>Credential Manager>Windows Credentials, remove all OneDrive cached credentials listed under Generic Credentials.

    Reopen OneDrive for a check.

    Hi @Tomasz Duda

    Thanks for your sharing.

Based on the above information, the current workaround is to use a Microsoft account to log in to Windows system, eliminating the step of separate OneDrive login verification.

In addition, your issue is related to the account verification code instead of OneDrive.
