I have the same exact issue.
Remote Desktop freezing after Windows update KB5050094
After windows update KB5050094 - all our companies RDP profiles with the newest windows update won't load correctly every time. When we try to connect to the RDP connection, the "welcome/loading screen" appears with "Other user" instead of our name profiles name., and then it just freezes. Its not always an issue, but usually for the last 3-4 weeks, we have had to close the connection and try again - up to about 20 times, before finally getting into the remote desktop successfully.
The loading screen is stuck/frozen. It works perfectly fine, when im not using the lastest update KB5050094.
I have tried from different computers, and the Remote Desktop App in Microsoft Store. All the services are running like they should be. But i encounter the same problem.
We have some customers which have the exact same issue.
