Using testconnectivity.microsoft.com brings the error on one user mailbox and
also Outlook 2021 does not connect. These Error Occurs more often the last days on
different Tenants. Most of the time only one user is affected.
The next day it works again without changing anything.

Hi,
We are in the same situation for 2 customer.
Exactly like you, on any computer RDS 2022 / 10 / 11 and any Outlook same problem.
Sometimes everything works again for a user, and a few days later he's affected again.
The only similarity is in the connectivity test: when a user encounters the problem, he gets MAPI errors.
We have a case Microsoft open, but no feedback yet.

1.Can you log in to OWA?
2.Do you have the same problem logging into Outlook on another computer?
3.Are you using a company email address? Or exchange mailbox?

We have same probleme ! any computer Win 10 / Win 11 / Server 2022 and any Outlook version 2019 / 365. OWA works. the issus is alternative some day thats works some day no, alernative users ... i've open ticket on support since one week NON FEEDBACK

We have exactly the same problem here. Are there any updates from Microsoft on this? It's astonishing how they remain so silent on this matter. The only thing that helps in the short term is a move request for the affected mailboxes.

I just got some news from french microsoft support today. They know there's a problem and they're looking for it. There are several cases resenced in them. they ask to wait
