tasklist.exe error acces denied

Hello, I activated ssh on Windows 10, when I connect with the admin authorized user, tasklist works without any problems. But when I connect with a limited user, I get an error access denied. But when I go to the computer and log in with a limited user, I open cmd or powershell and type tasklist, I don't get an error, it only gives me this when I connect with ssh. How can I overcome this situation?

The computer is not connected to any domain.

Thank you for your answer. Admin User ssh ilhan@192.168.1.44 Tasklist works fine when connected with this. Users User ssh isa@192.168.1.44 When I connected tasklist error access denied It gives an error.
