I'm the only admin for a workplace 365 Business Premium account and I need my authentication reset
I am the only admin for a 365 Business Premium account via the Microsoft Tech for Social Impact program. I did something with my authenticator app on my phone and am no longer able to access it. I've tried different things but each time end up having to enter a number from my authenticator app which I cannot access.
NOTE: I posted the above in an earlier question. I received the following response:

The first option did not work because I cannot access my authenticator account.
I'm trying the third option with this new thread to see if someone can reset my authentication. If this doesn't work I'll place a call to the data protection support team.
