Is “MyFiles / Personal” included in your local OneDrive folder of your company's OneDrive for Business?
Have the files in "MyFiles / Personal" disappeared or cannot be opened? If it cannot be opened, is there an error message?
- You can try to see if these files can be found and opened on the OneDrive online.
- It is recommended that you unlink your OneDrive account. You may follow the steps mentioned in the link, clear sign in credentials. But please do not relink your account just yet.
- Then reset OneDrive.
- Re-link back your OneDrive account, please make sure the account is correct. And then check the files sync status and check your issue.
