How often should the Outlook client sync with online? How long should it take for meeting requests created on a client to become visible on other client or OWA? The OWA seems to update quite quickly because it does not use any cache. Need to know the sync time.

    Hi @Baskaran A ,

For exchange accounts, meeting requests are usually synchronized to the server within a few seconds, and other clients or OWA accessing the server can also see the updates in real time. Due to client caching mechanisms or network latency, it may be visible within a few seconds to a few minutes. If using cache mode, you need to wait for the next automatic or manual synchronization trigger.

If you are all using Exchange and the sender is using send immediately and not working offline, it should sync within seconds - definitely less than a minute.

Outlook classic in cached mode will be the slowest but within 30 seconds - download sync is within 30 seconds, upload is 15 seconds. It can be changed using group policy.
