setup.office.com site is down, 64 bit download is "service unavailable"

Hi

I am on office.com site and want to download office 2024 professional plus. However, setup site keep giving me "Service Unavailable" error when I click on 64-bit download button.

I've been trying for days and on different networks, on different browsers but the error is always there.

Can you please help? I have purchased a Office 2024 professional plus product key and now want to download the software.

I have tried cmd line configuration.xml installation too, but that too keep giving error!

Looking forward to hearing from someone soon.

    Hi. The steps in the guide https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/download-install-or-reinstall-microsoft-365-office-2024-or-office-2021-on-a-pc-or-mac-4414eaaf-0478-48be-9c42-23adc4716658 are not working for me. I am neither unable to redeem the product key nor do the site allows me to go beyong "the 64-bit/32 bit download" page.

    Can anyone provide me guided help? This is causing nuisance. Since when getting the support became impossible?
