When I got a new phone due to the old one stopped working mid way while using it. But I can’t sign into the authentication app ass it wants me to hit the number I go to other options use the email that recovery but there’s a second one the exact same email when I go to do it it says “you’ve requested too many codes today. Please try again tomorrow”.IMG_0793.png
this also is attached to my Xbox account and I really don’t want to lost that please help.
