Hello,

I’ve been trying to update my Partner Center account domain from REDACTED (personal) to REDACTED (company) after acquiring it. Since the change, I’ve been unable to pass vetting due to a “domain mismatch” error, but support hasn’t provided clear guidance on how to fix it.

Here’s what I’ve tried:

Verified all entries in Entra Tenancy and the Partner Portal—everything reflects the new domain.

Searched extensively for any references to the old domain but found none.

Submitted multiple support tickets, but the replies seem automated, with no acknowledgment of the details I’ve provided.

This has been ongoing for 5 months, impacting my business operations significantly, as I can’t submit drivers without the partnership. Despite the issue, I’m still paying for Microsoft services. Can you please connect me with someone who can review this case thoroughly? I can provide all of the relevant information via message to a Microsoft Employee. Appreciate any help to resolve this.
