My touchpad was not working. Yes the button on the keyboard did not have anything to do with the issue. So i listened to people and uninstalled my touchpad driver, but after I restrarted my computer windows did not reinstall the driver like it said it would. Now I have no Driver and my touchpad still works, please help.

So it doesn't work, or it does? I'm a bit confused here.

Normally Windows should automatically recognize your touchpad, but to make sure you can open "Device Manager" (an app in your system), go to "Mice and other pointing devices" to see whether a "TrackPoint Device" is there. If its not there, you can go to "Action" > "Scan for hardware changes". If the "TrackPoint Device" is still not there, then you should go to the manufacturer's website to install the corresponding driver(s) if needed. If that also doesn't work, then bring your laptop to the nearest IT service provider / laptop repair shop, there could be deeper issues involved.

Does the question have anything to do with .NET F# though?
