the Auto cleanup jobs of old HL7 messages is already present as a SQL agent in BiztalkMsgBoxDb.
However, these old HL7 messages are not getting auto-cleaned, it indicates that these SQL agent jobs are not working as expected.
We noticed that the BizTalk jobs (like Purge or ManageRefCountLog) show successfully executing but not actually executing.
