Looks like the installation for Visual Studio and the extensions (PowerPlatform & D365 FinOps assets) was successful without any errors.
I doubt that some configurations for Power Platform and D365 FinOps assets were not set correctly.
As you have restored your machine, I suggest you double check the Power Platform document: Prerequisites. And, also, post this question on Power Platform forums/Dynamics 365 Community to double confirm the configurations that you set.
