Next stage of benefits

Hello everyone, good afternoon

I would like some help with the Azure Credits from the sponsorship.

We were approved for up to $5000 and were able to use 100% of these credits. We are now in the process of requesting the next level and the only thing left is to use 50% of the credits. As mentioned before, we have already used 100% and it has still not been released so that we can request the next stage.

Could you help us with this process?

If you have fully utilized your Azure credits and are experiencing difficulties requesting the next level of credits, please ensure that you have met all eligibility criteria and requirements for additional credit requests.

For offers of $25,000 or more, the Engagement Score may be a contributing factor. However, since your current offer is $5,000, this requirement may not apply to you.

When should I request more Azure credits?

If you have met all the requirements and still cannot request the next level of credits, it is advisable to contact Microsoft support for assistance.
