I need my old email address back. I have an account with Microsoft. my account is ******@outlook.com I bought a new computer and forgot the password and now I can't recover my old email address. It is a personal account, but I also use it for my music business SALTCITYSONGS.COM. I have filled out the recovery form many times to no avail. The salesman at Staples gave a new email account ******@outlook.com. I try to sign in my old account, and it has an old phone number that I lost years ago Once I was able to chat with one of your reps and they said there is an alternate form or link I was sent the link, but I was interrupted, and I lost the link Thats about it Please help me sincerely Gaylen Young
