Copilot not responding to questions
When we use Copilot chat from this link: https://m365.cloud.microsoft/chat/ or from any of the links that redirect there while signed on to the business version of Microsoft 365, we get the message: "Sorry, I wasn't able to respond to that. Is there something else I can help with?". This happens for every prompt no matter what is requested.
I posted a message in Microsoft Community about it and 12 other people responded that everyone in their organization is also getting this. I also posted an internal message in our slack channel, and it is down for others in my organization as well. So this is affecting many, many people.
Please fix ASAP.
