- What plan or product did you subscribe to?
- Before purchasing this subscription product, what Microsoft 365 plan or product did you use to store this folder?
- Is this folder also empty in OneDrive online?
Please check the trash cans on OneDrive online. If you start syncing in OneDrive desktop application, please also check the Windows Recycle Bin.
if you're a Microsoft 365 subscriber, you can even restore your entire OneDrive if something goes wrong.
