Cannot Reject Proposed Answer as Author

On another question, I am prompted to 'Accept Answer'. The answer was wrong, and so when I'm asked if this 'solved my problem', answering 'No' and filling in details, the response never Submits. I cannot respond to the answer, and I'm logged in as the author of the question.

If you have forms for Accepting an answer, the 'Submit' button should work, yes?

This screen below is an example, fully filled in with the 'Submit' button clicked and nothing happens. I've done this in multiple chromium-based browsers including yours, and incognito as well, and it refuses to allow me to reject the answer.Screenshot 2025-02-06 201321
