How to deal with billing issues on no support plan?

I've worked to finetune and then test a model via OpenAI on Azure Cognitive Services. I've left the model deployed as it was deployed on "Standard", not "Provisioned", and according to wiki:

"Standard

SKU name in code: Standard

Standard deployments provide a pay-per-call billing model on the chosen model. Provides the fastest way to get started as you only pay for what you consume. Models available in each region as well as throughput may be limited.

Standard deployments are optimized for low to medium volume workloads with high burstiness. Customers with high consistent volume may experience greater latency variability."

In fact, it wasn't pay as you consume for finetuned models, even though it showed as a standard deployment. This is not market standard so I had absolutely 0 idea that Microsoft doesn't properly handle adding weight diffs to their models to allow on-demand work.

I've tried to use the Support system but unfortunately it seems it's self service 100% including billing, so I can't explain or discuss with anybody in this regard.

Any idea?

    Hi,

Please create a new billing support request using my instructions below. The key is to not click on any of the recommended solutions.

Use this link to start the process:

    https://portal.azure.com/#view/Microsoft_Azure_CostManagement/Menu/~/support/openedBy/AzurePortal

Fill out Summary, Problem type, Problem subtype, click Next. There will be a delay, then some recommended solutions will be shown. DO NOT CLICK on any of the recommended options shown.

In the upper left corner, click Return to support request

azure support request Return to support request

Click Next to move to Additional details tab, fill out required information, email/phone, etc., click Next, review details and submit case. After submitting you should receive an automated email with a few minutes and a support engineer should contact you within 1 business day.

Please click Accept Answer and upvote if the above was useful.

    Thanks.
