Message trace results

Hello

Please i need your help on this issue.

We are trying to search for emails by sender.  When I run a summary report, with instant access I find a message. 

When I run the same report as an Extended Report CSV file download, no messages appear.  Perhaps I'm doing something wrong?

    According to your description, you are experiencing the problem of not being able to export CSV files.

    Are you using Message Trace for your email searches? If not, could you please elaborate?

    I don't see the “a summary report” you mentioned in the Message trace search results, can you provide a specific screenshot?
