Outlook addin Office context mailbox item saveAsync fails

Hello,

 

During the last couple of days we are experiencing a strange situation for some users where out Outlook addin has been installed.

 

Method Office.context.mailbox.item.saveAsync fails with the following message: "Failed to save message, in order to retrieve the correct user token. [9021 SaveError] Connection error occurred while trying to save the item on the server.

 

What's strange is that the method works without issues in New outlook for (Mac). Fails on classic Outlook (windows) and sometimes Chrome browser - today fails on edge as well.

Always on brave browser for some users.

 

On the other hand - some users (same tenant) don't experience any disruptions.

 

We could not find a lot in the documentation regarding 9021 error - any ideas what might be happening or where we should look..?
