Quick Parts Not Working

I use quick parts quite frequently. I used to be able to type the key word-hit enter-and the quick part would appear. That option no longer seems to be working. I then would type the key word, hit F3, and the quick part would appear. This also is no longer working and F3 now brings up the search bar. Any suggestions on how to use quick parts without needing to go to insert-search for quick part-then enter?

The key word auto-fill for quick part quit working with the new update about a year or so ago. The F3 key word quick part insert quit working a few days ago and now only brings up the search bar. Is there a resolution?
