Lost apps in Microsoft Authenticator with new iPhone

Question

Hello! Recently I changed to a new iphone and I saw that the authenticator app hasn’t saved my accounts which means that I can’t log into the accounts because I can’t get the code from the authenticator.

And, I cannot scan a barcode because the account recognizes that I already have Authenticator enabled. Finally, I cannot turn off Authenticator in the account, because I cannot get the code to confirm that I’d like to disable Authenticator..

I was able to recover one of the accounts with backup codes, but I am not being given the option to use a backup code for one of the accounts. I tried to do the “Recover backup” options but it looks like the accounts werent saved on the cloud.

Is there anything i can do?
