MS Authenticator app on mobile doesn’t receive the approval message when I try to connect to the VPN service on Windows.

Previously, everything was working fine, but suddenly, it stopped working. As a result, I no longer receive the approval or denial message on the MS Authenticator app like I used to. This issue occurs on an iPhone, and I have also tried switching to an Android device, but the same problem persists. It seems that the support team in my organization is not very familiar with this issue.
