english version below

At our university, students of STEM subjects have the opportunity to download and use software from Microsoft via Azure Dev Tools.

After registering and logging in to Azure Dev Tools for Student for the first time, a banner usually appears that students must click on to accept the terms and conditions for Azure Dev Tools for teaching in order to access the full range of downloads. If the banner is not clicked and the terms and conditions are not accepted, students will only have access to a limited number of programs for download.

Now it happens more and more often that this banner is either no longer displayed even though the terms and conditions have not yet been accepted by the student.

How can I, as an administrator, redisplay this banner or force the student to accept the terms and conditions again? So that you have access to the complete software.

    Hi Software Administrator,
Thank you for reaching out to us on the Microsoft Q&A forum.
If students are not seeing the "Terms and Conditions" acceptance banner in Azure Dev Tools for Teaching, they may not have full access to the available software downloads. As an administrator, you can ask students to sign in to the Azure Education Hub using their university-provided Microsoft account. If the banner does not appear, they can try refreshing the page, using an Incognito/Private Browser window, or clearing the browser cache.

If the issue persists, you can manage access for students based on the domain that they use to sign in to Azure Dev Tools for Teaching. Go to the Azure Dev Tools for Teaching management portal. The portal lists all of your subscriptions. Choose the subscription that you want to manage access for, and then select Actions > View Users to make changes. remove their access and re-add them. Once they log in again, the Terms & Conditions banner should reappear.
