Azure cost variance

Hi friends, our dashboard retrieved the data from the Azure cost management tables but the metrics such as "Total Cost" are lesser than "Total Effective Price" and "Total PayGPrice" which is not practically correct. I have done a bit of research which says this might be the reason for the amortized cost factor, and I have looked at the available table in cost management, I am not able to find these tables, and the reservation tables do not have much data.

Please help me find where I should start and what steps I need to take or look at. I will be grateful for your help. Thank you
