MS Defender add email error

Hi all,

I bought a new MS Family subscription and have been unsuccessful in adding any email addresses other than my primary account email to be monitored.

Where can I get support with this? I have tried using the feedback option but it seems to go nowhere. This is the screen I am stuck on after entering my email address & I have tried several and all are giving me this error.
