Azure OpenAI - User has no active subscriptions with valid quota

I have an Azure for Students subscription in Azure. I'm following this quickstart to level Azure OpenAI: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/ai-services/openai/use-your-data-quickstart

I've created all the necessary Azure resources and have created a chat playground, assigned quota to the model type, and created a new deployment. Every time I try to use the Generate Prompt and submit a message to the service it immediately comes back with the following error:

Failed to generate prompt: User has no Azure subscriptions with valid quota Trace ID : 3d82adf9-e37c-4f97-a4a8-3acaea74878b

However, I don't see any errors within my subscription's logs to indicate which quote is missing. I don't have any additional info to go on to figure how to resolve this error

Is this a problem due to Azure for Students subscriptions having access to less resources?

Is there a quota I need to request more from? Can I even do so for an Azure for Student subscription? Or is the quota being referenced within the OpenAI service?

Is it a configuration issue on my side?

Is it a bug on the Azure / Azure OpenAI service side?

Any help or clarification on what's going on would be greatly appreciated!
