I have had this printer for years and today it will not scan. States scanner not connected and I have done everything and cannot find anywhere on windows to connect scanner. Printer is connected by wifi and printer and scanner have worked for as long as I have had them. I do not have any other printer or scanner connected. This is the only one I have. Code shown 5,157,69
