what is microsoft windows client cbs on my accounts product and usage download

I recently downloaded the products and usage from my microsoft account. Many unknown apps have appeared with the app publisher unknown. They include microsoftwindows.client.cbs, microsoft.windows.startmenuexperiencehost, credentialmanageruihost, microsoft.win32webviewhost, microsoft visual c++ 2015-2019 redistributable, vc_redist.x64.exe, microsoftteams, officesharedcomponents. I have reset my pc 2 times and reinstalled windows since I have this laptop 2 months. Appears to be other users on my account
