while creating an ai bot in copilot studio when i add my pdf file in knowledge section the status of that file is showing unknown instead of 'in progress' or 'ready'.

I'm experiencing an issue with Copilot Studio while trying to add a PDF file or any file to the knowledge section. After uploading the file, its status shows as "unknown" instead of "in progress" or "ready." Additionally, when I test the bot with prompts related to the PDF content, it doesn't provide responses based on the PDF.

Here are the steps I've taken so far:

Verified the file format and size.

1. Re-uploaded the PDF file.

Cleared browser cache and changes the browser chrome and edge.

Despite these efforts, the problem persists. Could anyone provide guidance on how to resolve this issue?
