    Hi Abayomi Olabamiji,

Thank you for reaching out to us on the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Log into the Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub, go to the Benefits tab, and select Redeem in the Azure sponsorship benefits section. This is a common step to ensure that the credits are properly linked to your account.

If you receive an error stating that you do not have a free Azure account, it may be due to several factors. One possibility is that you have previously used Azure credits from another Microsoft program. In this case, please ensure that those credits are fully utilized before attempting to activate your Founders Hub credits.

There isn't a direct way to reset your redemption history. However, the support team should be able to assist you with any issues related to your account and credits.

Please open a support ticket with the Founders Hub support team by following these steps: https://foundershub.startups.microsoft.com/signup?drawer_open=truePlease click on "Support" on this page to submit support ticket.

Please reach out to us if you have any other queries.

If the information is helpful, please Accept Answer & Upvote so that it would be helpful to other community members.
