At the initial attempt to activate my azure credits, I kept receiving messages that I wasn't eligible for an azure account,
I opened several support tickets to make a complaint and supplied all the requested documents yet my account was disabled. I have been unable to utilize Azure services ever since.

It hasn't been resolved. Although I submitted supporting documents as requested, the earlier decision stood and I do not even understand why I am being barred
