    Hello @Mark Reed ,

Thank you for reaching out to us on the Q&A forum.

Please ensure that the information in your Azure account profile is accurate. Since the email used for your Azure Startups submission differs from the one registered with your Azure account, you may need to verify that the email you are using for linking matches the one associated with your Azure account.

It appears that you may have linked a work account instead of a personal account. If so, migrating the credits to the correct account will be necessary. To resolve this, we recommend working with a billing engineer who can assist you in ensuring your credits are assigned to the appropriate account.

Can you please create a support ticket to request their assistance with this matter.

Kindly Accept Answer and Upvote if the above response was helpful.

The flow is too bad! but here is the idea...

    • connect your account and go to your profile setting (top right) (gear icon)
    • then Team => Invite account.
    • then you can see the subscription

Subscriptions are added to azure portal, but I do not see them as my scope is set to prior subscription I use, selecting all subscriptions have shown the sponsored subscription.
