I'm asking this question because I have found numerous posts with false information and downright lies regarding the existence of a Visual Studio 2019 download link. Here are all the pages I have checked so far:
I know this happened recently since posts in September of 2024 still showed the links as functioning properly. Please let me know if I am mistaken and if there really is a VALID Visual Studio 2019 download link.

The Professional and the Enterprise version of Visual Studio 2019 can be downloaded from here: Release Dates and Build numbers.
About the Community version of Visual Studio 2019, you can try the direct link from this similar thread: Is Visual Studio 2019 Community still available? I can’t find it anywhere and I need to work on it to use SSIS.

I'm unsure of whether or not this is an intended as the answer also states that Visual Studio 2019 Community is only available with a paid subscription. However that is well beyond the scope of my question.

I do notice this, the similar question was asked before on our Developer Community => Visual Studio Community edition is missing from downloading.
Matt Cavallari explained:
… the Community SKU for those products are not in support for DevEssential users. They are available and supported for Paid levels up to 10 years. If you do not see them listed on the download page, it is likely not supported for your subscription.
As far as the links go, they are working for you because you have gotten a direct link to the download CDN for where the files live (for now). They are the same thing, The go.microsoft.com link you have point to the direct download.microsoft.com link. The go.microsoft.com link is the one that should be used, as it is more maintained and the other may change.
Hi @Tianyu Sun-MSFT ,I appreciate all the help with the answer, but I just can't help but think that providing more public information on the new paywall could help answer questions like this. I can't seem to find any news from Microsoft regarding this change, and considering some links still work, it appears that even internally there is some confusion.
