I can't see scheduled exam under CERTIFICATIONS or ACTIVITY

Hi,
I have scheduled my AZ-900 exam, and I am having troubles locating it. I did do the following steps:
- Profile > Credentials > Certifications
- Profile > Activity
However, I am still unable to view my upcoming AZ-900 exam appointment. I have called PearsonVue, and there is nothing they can do if it is not showing on my profile except reschedule my exam. I do want to pursue why this was a problem and will this be a problem for my rescheduled exam.
On a side note: I have done all the PearsonVue additinal downloading onVue and testings. The only problem is locating the actual exam entry.
