    Hi,
    Please find the following details:

    __

    1. Azure Databricks:_
Azure Databricks is not available on Azure Stack Hub. It is a fully managed service designed to run in the Azure public cloud.

    • Official Documentation: Azure Databricks Overview

    • Microsoft indicates that Azure Databricks is designed for cloud-only operations and doesn’t support on-premises solutions like Azure Stack Hub.

    2. Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2 (ADLS Gen2):

Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2 is available only in the Azure cloud. However, you can use the Azure Stack Hub Storage capabilities to create similar storage functionality for on-premises environments.

Azure Stack Hub Storage does not provide the exact same features as ADLS Gen2 (e.g., hierarchical namespace, integration with Azure services like Databricks or Synapse). It is more of a general-purpose storage solution.

    3. Azure Data Factory:

Azure Data Factory runs only in the cloud, but it can integrate with on-premises environments via Self-hosted Integration Runtime. It is not natively available on Azure Stack Hub.

    • Official Documentation: Data Factory Hybrid Integration Runtime

    • Microsoft explains how you can use a hybrid model, with Data Factory orchestrating data movement between on-premises and cloud environments.

    4. Azure Machine Learning:
Azure Stack Hub does not support Azure Machine Learning, but users can use the Azure ML SDK locally for development and testing.

    Regards,
    Fady
