When I use teams to make a call to a co-workers and then turn on video, the audio goes in and out for myself and the other person. This does not seem to happen during a Teams scheduled meeting. Please help.

    Hi @Lori Burgess

We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Currently, there appears to be an ongoing issue with Teams audio on certain Dell laptops.
As a workaround, you can try rolling back to the previous audio drivers, specifically Realtek Audio 6.0.9676.1, A04. Additionally, disabling audio enhancements in the Advanced sound settings has helped some users.

Additionally, some users have found that using Dell’s Optimizer application can help improve audio quality on certain models.
