@Philip Garza, Thanks for posting in Q&A. To protect your environment information, I have edited your reply.

From your description, I know the AOSP enrollment is failed with error "Device Platform blocked". After reviewing the list of Android Open Source Supported Devices, I find Audiocodes model C470HD: is not in the following support list. Therefore, we will get this error.

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/fundamentals/android-os-project-supported-devices

Meanwhile, for this model, based on my checking, I find it isn't in Android Enteprises supported device list either.

Note: Non-Microsoft link, just for the reference.

As Android device administrator enrollment is ending support.

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/enrollment/android-enroll-device-administrator

For your device, we suggest MAM management instead of MDM management.

Hope the above information can help.
