Adjust synchronized time for added Calendar on OWA ?

I have created an Internet calendar subcription on OWA, however when I add events to Calendar (in another application), it takes 4 hours to sync. I did research and have found below article

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/troubleshoot/calendaring/cannot-add-an-internet-calendar

"When you add the Internet calendar by using OWA, the server that's running Exchange Server manages the calendar subscription and updates. Calendar updates sync approximately every four hours."

However it's OWA, which means it's hosted on https://outlook.office.com/, so I couldn't change or found a way to adjust synchronization time.
Is there anyway I can configure it, or should I ask our IT department to do it or contact Microsoft support to change it ?

    Hello, @Nam Tu,

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A platform!

Unfortunately, the synchronization interval for Internet calendars in Outlook Web App (OWA) is fixed at approximately four hours. This limitation is due to the way the Exchange Server manages calendar subscriptions and updates and cannot be adjusted by end users or administrators.

Given this limitation, your best course of action would be to contact your IT department or Microsoft support to see if there are any alternative solutions or workarounds that might better suit your needs. They might be able to offer additional insights or suggest different calendar management tools that could provide more frequent updates.

If you reach out to your IT department, explain the situation to them; they may have administrative access to the Exchange server and could potentially adjust the settings if permitted. If they are unable to make the necessary changes, escalating the issue to Microsoft Support might be the next step. Microsoft Support may offer additional solutions or be able to make changes at the server level if required.

Should you need more help on this, you can feel free to post back.
