Defender for O365 - Quarantine Notification

Dear All,

We are facing a problem in Defender for O365 quarantine email notification in which we have a created a custom quarantine policy which provides access to users for "request release".

Once user request, we dont see it in Exchange message trace but in Security portal - Under quarantine it changes to requested - Np Alerts though we create Quarantine release which equal quarantine policy.

We checked all possible settings and compared the value with another tenant which seems similar. please suggest if you faced this issue and support further
