When i navigate to deployment center i got error the request is blocked.

Anyone know why? This happened for all our web app

Point 1: Network Connectivity Issues

Try using several different internet line but the error still there, so I can say this is not network connectivity issue,

Point 2: Authentication and Authorization Problems

Checked by navigating to IAM then View My Access, i can see i have owner role.

Point 3: Azure Resource Issues

Check resource health, the web app seem in normal condition.

Is there any other possibility?

It seems like you're encountering an error where the request is blocked when navigating to the Deployment Center in Azure, and this issue is affecting all your web apps.

Navigate to your App Service → Networking → Access Restrictions, ensure your IP or network isn’t blocked.

Check if your network blocks Azure domains (e.g., .azurewebsites.net, portal.azure.com).

Clear Cache/Cookies: Stale data might cause conflicts.

Incognito/Private Mode: Test in a private browsing session.

Disable Extensions: Temporarily turn off ad-blockers or security extensions.

Alternative Browser: Try Edge, Chrome, or Firefox.

If using GitHub/DevOps, ensure the linked account has proper access.

Reconnect the deployment source (e.g., disconnect and re-link GitHub).

Under App Service → Deployment Center → FTPS Credentials, reset credentials if expired.

Navigate to Deployment Center → Logs for deployment-specific errors.

Redeploy your app via ARM template, CLI, or PowerShell, create a new App Service and test if the Deployment Center works there (isolates the issue).

Reset deployment credentials via PowerShell:

az webapp deployment user set --user-name "<username>" --password "<password>"

trying create new app service plan, then create webapp inside this plan is get same error. I think there is a issue in the backend.
