The message that appears when opening copilot from the app or from the browser appears the following message “Sorry, one quick thing before we can talk, check your age through your Microsoft account. “ appearing two options “Check your age” or “Sign in with another account” but neither of the two options works, when accessing my account it only shows my information but does not let me use copilot, I have tried to access from the app, from the browser but nothing works, besides my age is within the parameters of use, so I do not know how to really solve this problem.

    Hello,

Here are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue:

    1. Clear Browser Cache:
      • If you're using Copilot in a browser, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies. This can help refresh the data being fetched.
      • For example, in Chrome, go to Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data.
    2. Reset or Repair the Copilot App:
      • On Windows, go to Settings > Apps > Installed Apps.
      • Find Copilot, click the three dots, and select Advanced Options.
      • Scroll down and click Repair. If the issue persists, try Reset

If none of these steps work, it might be a temporary issue with Copilot's age verification system. In that case, you may need to wait a bit and try again later.

We have a dedicated Copilot community here: Results in Windows - Microsoft Community , I recommend that you repost your question there, where there will be a dedicated engineer to give you a professional and effective reply.
