Why does function app's dot net version changed to dotnet from dotnet-isolated after upgrading from http1.0 to http2.0

We have recently upgraded HTTP version from 1.0 to 2.0. On the function apps with dotnet isolated, it changed them to dotnet after the upgrade. This behaviour was seen with the function apps which had functions configured on them. However, for function apps with in-process or python, nothing changed when upgraded to http2.0.

- When you upgraded to HTTP/2.0, the function apps that were using the .NET isolated worker model automatically switched to the standard .NET worker model. This behavior is specific to the isolated model and may be due to compatibility or configuration issues with HTTP/2.0 in that context.
- It’s noted that function apps using the in-process model or Python did not experience any changes during the upgrade. This suggests that those runtimes are either already compatible with HTTP/2.0 or do not have the same dependency on the worker model as the .NET isolated functions.
- Regarding the FUNCTIONS_WORKER_RUNTIME setting, it appears that after the upgrade, you noticed a change from dotnet-isolated to dotnet. This indicates that the function app is now running under the standard .NET worker model.
