How can I find and download MOUS certifications from around 1998 to 2003?

Hi, I have seen others ask this before, and I am in need of something similar. I had completed the MOUS certification for Excel and Word sometime between 1998 and 2003. I no longer have the physical copies of those certificates, but I could use digital versions of those certificates. I am not certain if I used my current email address at the time or a defunct one. I can provide that information as needed.
