Restoring My MIE Expert Account Data & Level.

How can I restore my previous date and level for the my (MIE Expert Level)?
Warm greetings to you, and I would like your assistance regarding my MIE Expert account level. I had achieved the MIE Expert Certification, and my account was at an advanced level. However, due to personal circumstance, I had to pause my participation for a while. When I recently attempted to resume my journey to the success to completed the certification and actively engage in activities, I was surprised to find that all my connection, certificates and past work had been removed from my account. Furthermore, my account status was downgraded to a beginner level.
I kindly request your support in restoring all my previous data and account achievements so I can continue to contribute and participate effectively in the great program.
