    Hi Indresh Pratap Singh,

As per the Error I am Assuming you are Configuring Azure Migrate VMware Appliance .

As per the Error it looks like the Appliance is already registered with SPN, and when you are reconfiguring again it is getting Conflict Error of SPN.

    Trouble shooting steps

     Solution:1

Please Navigate to Resource group where you created Azure migrate project.

    1. Navigation: Goto Azure Migrate in the left pane; Select Properties you will find Resource group Name.
    2. Navigate to the Resource group and Select Check box for Show hidden types, and add filter microsoft.offazure/vmwaresites as shown below. User's image 3.Select the VMware site, In my case AzureMigrate3104site , Under Over right side please check are you able to see any Service principal identity details, if you are able to see that means there is VMware site already created and you are trying to create another site using same SPN and it is Conflicting. 4.Please try to create a New Azure Migrate   project and try on the existing Appliance if it fails, create a New Appliance and try again.

     Solution 2:

    1. In the Solution 1 above go the 3rd step and copy the   Application ID User's image 2.Navigate to Microsoft Entra In the Left Pane select App Registrations Select All Application in Right side Pane Search the Application id which you already Created 3.Delete the Existing SPN and try Reconfigure the Appliance.

Note: Make Sure you are not using this SPN  for any Appliance.
