Hi @Spencer Cole
Could you please check your Office version, such as Microsoft 365 Apps? To get this information, you may click File in PowerPoint > Account > Product Information
.
Where do you get this presentation, via an email, via OneDrive cloud or other source?
Does this issue occur with other presentations, or just this specific file?
Besides, are you using a Windows device?
I suggest you check the accounts that signed in Office apps, make sure there is only one account from the same organization as yours signed in.
- If the Office apps are activated via your old O365 business account, you need to sign out your new one.
If yes, there is only one, but this issue still occurs, it's recommended to run OLicenseCleanup.vbs script to remove previous licenses and cached account information.
- Close all Office applications.
- Please download the OLicenseCleanup.zip file, extract the OLicenseCleanup.vbs script, and run it.
- Then sign in one O365 business account to activate the Office, and open this presentation file for a check.
- You may also search "cmd", run Command Prompt as administrative, then enter
sfc /scannow
command. Please wait patiently for the results of this command, it may take a while to scan.
