Conversational Boosting Not working

Hello,

For 'conversational boosting', it seems like the bot is not recognising the user question, and as a consequence is not giving any answer.I've never seen anything similar, how is it possible ??

I have the same issue; it was working smoothly, but after some time suddenly not recognize any answer while I didn't change the bot. However if I test it in the Copilot Studio developer interface, it is still working, just failed to perform at deployed user side. Actually it had happened to me before and never get concrete answer from Microsoft support. Really frustrating when move the bot for production usage.
