When one goes into to buy Teams phone with domestic calling (country zone 1), how do you choose the 120 or 3000 minute plans? Or has Microsoft got rid of the 120 minute plan? https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/microsoft-teams/microsoft-teams-phone

The Context does not specifically mention a 120-minute plan for Microsoft Teams domestic calling. It primarily discusses the Domestic Calling Plan, which includes unlimited incoming minutes and outgoing minutes based on the license purchased. The available plans include the Domestic Calling Plan for users in the US, UK, and Canada, as well as for users in other countries.

If you are considering which plan to choose, you may want to evaluate your organization's calling needs and whether the 3000-minute plan aligns better with those needs. It appears that the 120-minute plan may no longer be available based on the provided information.

    Hi @Rob Nicholson

With the Domestic Calling Plan, licensed users can call out to numbers located in the country where they're assigned in Microsoft 365. Unlimited incoming minutes are included. Outgoing minutes are included based on the license purchased.

There are two Domestic Calling Plan options to choose from based on your organization's billing location.

Once these plans are assigned, the minutes available vary depending on the location of the end user. For more information, see Country and region availability for Audio Conferencing and Calling Plans.
